This is the only entertainment there was in the local area now it’s absolutely no use in going anymore you won’t win anything, to expensive to just to go play for fun, can’t enjoy the food anymore so there no incentive to go to Roland casino anymore. The restaurant food has went from not bad to just awful, cold food leftovers overcooked. They are now offering trinket gifts to lure you into the casino or the kiosk game in which you half to spend twenty dollars to get one point to play and the kiosk will give you five dollars in free play (seriously).

It is not a place you can go to to just have some fun anymore because it will cost you at least 100 dollars for about 30 minutes of play just betting small denominations. In the last month alone on numerous visits I have spent over 1000 dollars per visit and won not one red cent, played 25- 50 cent machines dollar and five and ten dollar machines same results.

I’m a diamond member who has had an awful stay. All because I was unable to utilize the shower at the hotel that’s connected to a casino that’s busy. Which is really a shame I drove 2 in half hrs to stay the night & comeback home the next day in my same clothes that I have been gambling in just to drive back home in the same clothes. So this lets me know further that the housekeeping isn’t doing their job far as cleaning. I couldn’t even stay a shower the next morning because our tub had so much dog hair in it. Fast forward to my stay on the 7th they gave me a dog room which I don’t have a dog period. I just got back from Vegas in oct & also stayed at a Harrah’s out total different experience. That place has taken in toooo much money to not have an upgrade.

The furniture was worn out & the chairs was peeling. Even though it’s free it’s not free because plenty of money has been spent to reach that status. So we had a penthouse the worst looking penthouse I’ve been in. My friend is a 7tier member & so she always gets a so call nice room. I just recently started going to Cherokee my first two encounters before my stay on the 7th of NOV should’ve been a sign.
